Marlborough House, Llandrindod Wells
A very large refurbishment project of one of the most prestigious buildings in the spa town. The biggest challenge was to reinstate a Victorian balcony to the entire building frontage the design of which needed to pass muster with the local authority heritage officer while being compliant with contemporary Building Regulations. All windows and the majority of the shopfront were replaced and the bullet holes in the copper dome were repaired!!
