Luxury tourism destination

A successful tourist destination wanted to expand with a range of luxury lodges and associated facilities for guests.

The site in Powys, Mid Wales had 12 existing luxury lodges and 80 static and touring caravan plots.

Our brief was to design a site for 30 additional lodges, combined with landscaping and new road access of a major trunk road.

Richard Lewis, director and architect, said: “We have ensured the layout and design of the site is in keeping with the local countryside and environment. This was an important element of the plans for our client and in securing planning permission with Powys County Council.

“The extended development includes new infrastructure and landscaping combined with the quality of the lodges that will be built on the site.”
