Nestled in Berriew, the project involved partial demolition of a steel framed agricultural building which abutted a disused barn.
The site forms part of a working agricultural business and the desire was to diversify farming activities in this rural location, while impacting as little as possible on infrastructure and the local environment. The result is a superb holiday-let, with exposed brick and original reclaimed beams retained as a nod to its agricultural beginnings. We are very proud of the transformation, working alongside our wonderful clients on site, who were equally as committed to realising the full potential of this fabulous building.
