Our client had a site in Powys, Mid Wales which presented an opportunity for diversification . The topography made the site attractive as a tourism destination, affording countryside views in all directions
Our brief was to design a site for holiday pods and a holiday cabin, plus necessary access improvements. We have ensured the layout and design of the site is in keeping with the local countryside and environment. This was an important element of the plans for our client and in securing planning permission with Powys County Council.
Tourism in Wales has increased greatly post Covid-19 and this development will help the area respond to this demand, having been under-served by high quality accommodation historically.
